Thanks again for this simple solution to my problem.
3/23/2007I started using your Vickery Essential Amino Acids years ago and am in pretty good shape for a 79 year old. I had one problem however which was getting worse over a 10 year span. This was BPH or benign prostatic hypertrophy or enlargement of the prostate.
My PSA went up to 8.0 as I was taking saw palmetto which helps to control this somewhat. In spite of that the PSA was steadily rising and I had to see my urologist every four months. I also heard that saw palmetto works by destroying prostatic cells.
About three months ago I started to take Vickery Sea Plant Minerals and Glyconutrients. On my recent checkup the doctor asked me what I was taking and proceeded to tell him. He said, “I don't know anything about that but keep on doing what you are doing because your PSA is down to 6 and I won't see you for six months!”
Thanks again for this simple solution to my problem. I hope that this will help other men who are having the same problem, which my urologist says is very common after 70.

Finally there is a diet plan that takes care of these things with full explanation and stages to help people really get in shape from the inside out!
11/26/2005I am a personal trainer so part of my job is to make people understand four basic truths:
- If your body is protein deficient it is going to be impossible to get into good shape. When you exercise your back will hurt your muscles will ache and you will have no energy. You will be breaking your body down instead of building it up. You need the protein to build your health and strength.
- When you start an exercise program you start from the ground up. That means you take care of any candida fungus strangling your system and identify any food allergies that may be keeping your body from fully benefiting from an exercise program.
- You need to make sure the diet and supplements you are taking are aiding you in both these efforts.
- Most of the fad diets popular now will ultimately fail if they do not address these issues.
Finally there is a diet plan that takes care of these things with full explanation and stages to help people really get in shape from the inside out! The Two Edged Sword Diet is one great fitness tool!

I want thank you for guiding me down the road to recovery...
Fri Mar 28 15:39:02 EDT 2008I just wanted to give you an update on my condition. I am the 53 year old woman that couldn’t take two bites of food without getting bloated, chest pains, pains going into the left arm and neck as if I was having a heart attack. I was diagnosed with acid reflux, gerd, spastic stomach and hiatal hernia about 5 years ago and was put on acid reflux medication. (Prior to that I would take a 30 count bottle of tums a week). In surfing the web I came across your name and asked for help. You suggested the Double Edged Sword Diet[sic], Platinum Plus and the Sea Plant Minerals for the thyroid. I started the diet about 5 weeks ago and have to say it’s like a miracle. I have lost 27 pounds, haven’t felt better in years and my blood pressure has gone down. The sad thing is if I listened to the gastro doctor I would still be sick, poisoning my body with more medication that I didn’t need and probably out on sick leave because I was at a point of not being able to function. More importantly, I can eat without getting sick. I haven’t had bacon in 5 years and can now eat it. I am in the yellow zone of the diet and am reintroducing foods. I have had some sinus drainage but the real problem is my skin has been dry and very itchy. Any ideas? I don’t know whether it’s from the weather (I live in New Jersey) the thyroid, or something I’m eating. (The Dr. increased my thyroid meds to 2 a day. My hair is not falling out like it was before, but my fingernails are weak and still split).
I also want to mention that the diet is not that bad. Luckily, I have always enjoyed vegetables. I found that olive oil with a little squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper is great for salads and the easiest when you go out to dinner. I substitued one of the squashes or your whipped cauliflower for potatoes. I use to suffer migraines if I ate too much breads and starches so I always tried to keep them to a minimum anyway. (Maybe I am allergic to gluten). I never was a big sweet eater, but with Christmas around the corner I will miss having a few cookies. The other thing I noticed is I don’t really get hungry in between meals. I use to get shaky mid-morning and afternoon and have to eat something. I doesn’t happen anymore.
Anyway, I have a couple of questions. I understand why beets, carrots and corn could not be eaten during the red zone, but how come you can’t eat broccoli? My chiropractor was wondering why there is a muscle building ingredient in the Platinum Plus?
I know my body was really messed up, toxic, etc. I take a probiotic, multi and extra c every day. Is there anything else I need to take to repair not only my digestive system, but the rest of me?
I want thank you for guiding me down the road to recovery and wish you and your family a very merry Christmas and good health for the new year!
God Bless You.

Happy New Year! :) (Order please)
Fri Jan 6 2:0:0 EDT 2006Hi Dr. Vickery – It was in November of last year that I started working with you, over a year now. :-) I’m so glad I did… I feel so much better!
All is well here, in fact – I just got blood work back from my ND. She says it is “the most beautiful” blood work she’s seen since she’s been in practice and she wasn’t joking. (she’s a resident, and has been practicing two years). It truly is beautiful, everything is within normal ranges and my cholesterol dropped so far it’s on the low side of healthy. :-) I’m so pleased and thankful that you got me further on the path to good health. ;)
I hope you’ve had a wonderful holiday season, and a happy new year.
- Here is my order:
- 1—Platinum Plus Amino Acids
- 1—Beta Plus
- 1—Flax/Borage
- 1—Biotics Multi plus (w/iron, the one you usually send)
I think that’s it for now. LOVE the cookbook, it is incredible—I’m recommending it to friends all over the place.
The friend I mentioned a while back says he will be in touch soon. Go to visit my 92 year old grandma in Winnipeg Manitoba tomorrow, looking forward to seeing here. There will be plenty of snow in Winnipeg, I’m sure, so I’ll bundle up. :-)
Love light and all things bright to you in 2006!
Smiles,
Sandra
